Elite Sealers is seeking reliable and experienced Snow Plow Operators to join our Field Operations team. This part-time, on-call position is ideal for individuals who thrive in unpredictable weather conditions and are available at a moment’s notice when snowfall hits. • Operate snow plow trucks and related equipment to clear snow from driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
• Monitor weather conditions and remain on-call to respond to snow events 24/7.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on snow removal equipment.
• Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers and team members during operations.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed while operating equipment in challenging weather conditions.
• Complete all assigned routes efficiently and within designated time frames.

• 2 years of experience in snow plowing or operating similar equipment preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to coordinate with team members and follow dispatch instructions.
• Proven reliability—must be consistently available during snowfall and inclement weather.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work various hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• No specific certifications required.
