Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on support and heavy freight-moving equipment systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.

• Perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, including but not limited to cranes, excavators, utility trucks, etc.
• Conduct major and minor repairs on heavy equipment as needed.
• Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures on equipment, diagnosing defects.
• Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturers' specifications.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists, rigging equipment, and hand tools.
• Provide service calls for equipment repairs as required to job sites and company yards.
• Remain on standby duty during storm season.
• Complete work orders, order necessary parts, and coordinate equipment repairs and services with affected divisions.
• Perform quality fabrications as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in training seminars and workshops as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, and operation.
• Valid driver's license.
• Certifications in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems preferred.
• English proficiency required.
