Global manufacturer is seeking a Field Service Technician to add to their team in the Castile, NY area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of electromechanical equipment and a good work ethic. Experience with electrical wiring or refrigeration a plus, otherwise training will be provided. Must be open to 50% travel and occasional on-call work, which is about 1 night per week and every 4 weekends.

Overtime paid at 1.5 over 40 hours and company vehicle provided. This is a day shift role with excellent benefits and 401K!

Location:

Castile, New York | Salary: $55,000 - 60,000 per year | Job Type: Permanent |

Work Hours:

8am to 6pm |

Education:

High School

• Responsible for the proper and timely installation of mechanical equipment on dairy farms
• Advise customers on the proper use, operation and maintenance of the electromechanical equipment
• Drive a service vehicle, maintain the vehicle and parts/tools needed to complete the job
• Minimum high school degree and strong mathematical aptitude required
• Experience with electrical wiring which is high/low circuitry a plus
• Welding, fabrication and HVAC abilities a plus, will train on HVAC for the right candidate
• Willingness to work rotating on-call schedule
• Willingness to travel 50%
