Tech hours:
Monday‑Friday 12 pm‑9 pm; every third Saturday 10 am‑4 pm.

Keeler Honda is expanding our service team following the opening of our all‑new 58,000 sq‑ft facility.

All applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Tools are provided; you do not need your own.

• Perform internal repairs including new car preparation, used‑car reconditioning, sold‑vehicle maintenance and accessories.
• After gaining proficiency, partner with a senior technician and receive training on main shop technical work.

• “Automotive Professional” – the only requirement.
• Professional attitude; experience and skill preferred but not mandatory.

Base pay ranges from $18.00 to $27.00 per hour, based on experience and proficiency.

Flat‑rate technician pay plan: base hourly rate determined during interview.

• 0‑50 hrs/week: base hourly rate
• 50‑65 hrs: additional $2.00 per hour (back to 0 from every flat‑rate hour)
• 65‑90 hrs: additional $5.00 per hour (back to

• 90 hrs+: additional $7.50 per hour (back to
  0)

Technicians receive $5.00 for each multipoint video inspection completed.

Ideal: NYS Inspector’s license (not required). Company pays for certification after probation.
