• Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Provide expert‑level service and technical support to ECS clients
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and materials used
• Participate in on‑call rotations and emergency response
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and ECS safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Receive training on controls and automation systems for career advancement

• Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience required
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
