What You’ll Do

• Repair, maintain, and install residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, surge protection, and more).
• Diagnose electrical issues and deliver effective, safe solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service while educating homeowners.
• Make professional recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure all work meets industry and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and represent the company with professionalism.

What It Takes to Succeed

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
  , including handling service calls
• Service Titan experience strongly preferred – ability to use it for dispatching, invoicing, workflow, and estimates
• Proven ability to meet sales and KPI goals while maintaining top‑notch customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and providing high‑quality service
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
