Water Meter Technician – VEPO Solutions
Install, replace, and test residential and commercial water meters in accordance with company and utility standards. Safely and efficiently navigate work sites, ensuring minimal disruption to property.
Technicians are compensated on a piece‑rate basis at $12 per meter, with most team members completing 3‑5 meters per hour. Weekly earnings vary based on individual productivity and total number of meters completed.
Must provide and utilize a personal vehicle for daily travel to assigned work sites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong ability to use tablets, smartphones, and other job‑related technology. Plumbing experience is a plus, but not required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and customer service skills.
