Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Installation Technician
To support the Manufacturing Services Manager in;
- Leading and developing the Maintenace Team.
- Preventative Maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Fault diagnosis and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
- Fault diagnosis and modification of PLC (Programmable Logic Control) programs
- General facility maintenance including electrical installations, pneumatics and plumbing
- Project work, support lean/Continuous Improvement activities, and facility upgrades.
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000
Annual Broad-Based Bonus: 15%
What you will be doing- Lead and Develop: Maintenance team through annual performance plan. Assign and manage priorities for maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Create maintenance plans for new and existing equipment based on hisorical data.
- Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Electrical, PLC, mechanical, and pneumatic fault diagnosis and repair.
- General Facility Maintenance: Electrical installations, new equipment installations, equipment moves, maintenance of equipment, pneumatic installations and repair, plumbing installation and repair.
- Reporting: Use business system to identify and improve department metrics (PM's, equipment downtime).
- Maintenance supervisor experience required in industrial setting.
- 17th Addition C&G Electrical Installations
- 4 years experience in a similar role preferred.
- Full Driving License
- Experience Omron and Mitsubishi PLC preferred
