Supervisor- Facility and Maintenance

To support the Manufacturing Services Manager in;

• Leading and developing the Maintenace Team.
• Preventative Maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Fault diagnosis and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems.
• Fault diagnosis and modification of PLC (Programmable Logic Control) programs
• General facility maintenance including electrical installations, pneumatics and plumbing
• Project work, support lean/Continuous Improvement activities, and facility upgrades.

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000

Annual Broad-Based Bonus: 15%

• Lead and Develop: Maintenance team through annual performance plan. Assign and manage priorities for maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Create maintenance plans for new and existing equipment based on hisorical data.
• Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Electrical, PLC, mechanical, and pneumatic fault diagnosis and repair.
• General Facility Maintenance: Electrical installations, new equipment installations, equipment moves, maintenance of equipment, pneumatic installations and repair, plumbing installation and repair.
• Reporting: Use business system to identify and improve department metrics (PM's, equipment downtime).

• Maintenance supervisor experience required in industrial setting.
• 17th Addition C&G Electrical Installations
• 4 years experience in a similar role preferred.
• Full Driving License
• Experience Omron and Mitsubishi PLC preferred
