Propane Ninja (Quality in Propane, LLC) is seeking skilled tradespeople to join our service team as Field Technicians
. Although propane or natural gas experience is preferred, ifyou have experience in HVAC, plumbing, or utility installation, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in the Propane and Natural Gas service.

Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Autonomy Administrative Work Technical Expertise Responsibilities- Install propane tanks, cages, piping systems, and regulators at customer locations
- Set, swap, and leak-test tanks for commercial and business accounts
- Service and diagnose issues with propane appliances (water heaters, spa heaters, etc.)
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Follow all NFPA 54/58 and Propane Ninja safety standards
- Valid Driver’s License
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools
- Willingness to obtain CDL with Hazmat certification (training provided)
- Strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and attention to detail
- Comfort using smartphones or tablets for reporting
- Active CDL with Hazmat endorsement
- PERC Certifications (4.1–4.4)
- Florida Cat I Qualifier or Master Qualifier License
- Experience with gas line installation or fuel systems
- Tier-based structure with clear pay growth and skill milestones

Summary
Tier 0 Field Tech Trainee Up to $52,000 Entry-level. Training provided. CDL & Hazmat required within one year.
Tier 1 Certified Field Tech Up to $62,400 CDL & Hazmat required. Complete PERC certifications.
Tier 2 Advanced Field Tech Up to $70,720 PERC certified. Working toward Cat I Qualifier License.
Tier 3 Lead Service Tech Up to $94,120 Cat I Qualifier. Leads projects and field crews.
Tier 4 Master Service Tech Up to $102,440 Master Qualifier. Trains others, leads compliance and estimating.
