Diesel Truck Technician - Rochester

Truck Rental Branch: 420 Summit Point Dr, Henrietta, NY 14467.
Pay starts at $32/hour.
Earn additional hourly bonuses for each additional ASE certification after the first four and for working both Saturday and Sunday.

• Perform light/medium duty mechanical and warranty repairs, in‑fleet and vehicle certification and reconditioning services according to company policy and procedures.
• Ensure all repairs are completed according to the manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines and provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs.
• Read and interpret diagnostic test results, perform routine maintenance, and maintain vehicle repair history by documenting Repair Orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area, comply with uniform and equipment standards, and attend all required training.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience on buses or medium duty trucks.
• 4+ current and valid ASE certifications (at least two must be Truck).
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; automotive technology degree or vocational training preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years; no DUI/DWI convictions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company in the future.
