General Laborer – Wiring & Assembly

Location: Walton, NY (On-site, with up to 30% travel in the USA and occasional travel to Canada)

The Role: We’re looking for a reliable General Laborer to support our team with hands‑on tasks like wiring, assembling components, and reading simple schematics or instructions. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment helping build and test our systems, both in‑house and at customer sites.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with general wiring and mechanical assembly
• Follow basic schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Pull wires, connect parts, and prepare materials
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Support the team with physical tasks and lifting
• Help with installs, testing, and troubleshooting when needed

What You Bring:

• Experience with hands‑on or general labor work
• Comfortable using tools and following instructions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally
