Full-time / Hourly

Located on-site at Healey Brothers Cadillac, Newburgh, NY

Some travel may be required using company vehicles

Compensation commensurate with experience

You’ll be joining a dedicated and well-supported Truck Shop team with incredible room to grow.

• Diagnose and repair light/medium duty trucks and commercial vehicles
• Perform accurate, high-quality repairs and maintenance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team leaders and service advisors
• Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment
• Stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Help maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented shop atmosphere

• 1+ year of experience as an automotive or truck technician (commercial and/or heavy-duty experience a plus)
• Strong initiative and willingness to contribute new ideas
• Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
• Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
• Strong communication and reasoning skills
• Familiarity with dealership environments (or quick ability to learn)
