We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Pest Control Service Specialists to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in Commercial Pest Control
. Whether you have a background in residential pest control services or experience handling commercial accounts, we want to hear from you! As a Pest Control Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing effective pest control solutions for our customers while delivering exceptional service.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during regular maintenance visits, ensuring pest elimination and customer satisfaction.
• Apply pest management solutions safely and effectively to both indoor and outdoor areas while strictly adhering to PPE and safety standards.
• Perform thorough inspections to identify pest issues and offer customised treatment plans, coordinating with the office as needed.
• Communicate with customers about services provided, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and handling inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance.
• Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements, utilising technology for appointment scheduling and service documentation.
• Provide accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions effectively.

  Experience:
  
  Experience in handling pest control for larger facilities, businesses, or commercial properties.
• Able to work in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
• Comfortable working in a range of environmental conditions, including dusty areas, cold storage (freezers), and hot conditions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and be able to pass a Background Check.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  
  Ability to sell value-added products to existing customers.
• Physically fit and capable of performing tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and wearing a respirator in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Pest Control experience is a plus, but not required.
