Encore is redefining the fire protection industry by taking a customer‑first approach to everything we do. Our success throughout New England has created a need for a Fire Sprinkler Apprentice to work out of our Bohemia, New York office.

As part of Encore's mission to be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen, we have recently joined forces with Approved Fire Prevention based out of Long Island, New York. This partnership does not only allow us to expand our footprint and find top talent in the Long Island and NYC area, it also allows us to work with industry leaders who strive for the same level of excellence as we do.

Approved Fire Prevention services customers throughout Long Island and New York City, and we are looking for someone specifically to help work with our lead Journeymen that can travel throughout those areas.

• Assembling, installing, maintaining, and servicing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings throughout the New York Metropolitan area and Long Island.
• Being a positive and professional representative of Encore while dealing with customers, directly and indirectly.
• Must have the ability to work alone and in a team setting.
• A strong work ethic and professional appearance.

Whether you have been in the trade for a while or are just starting out, we encourage you to apply if you have the ‘can‑do’ attitude to get things done and take pride in your work. While experience is preferred, we are willing to talk to those who value what it means to get things done and make it happen.

• Must be able to work at heights and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the state of New York.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen/background check as a condition of employment.

Hourly Rate: $18.00-$23.00, commensurate with experience.
