Our client in Long Island, NY is expanding and looking for an Experienced Lead Diesel Mechanic to take charge of their shop. Technicians should have previous experience repairing and maintaining commercial heavy‑duty diesel trucks.
Qualification- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting fault codes and/or vehicle malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Perform D.O.T. inspections
- Strong computer diagnostic experience
- Should have full set of tools
- Must have basic computer skill
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record
$30.00 – $37.00 hourly, wage range varies based on experience, certification and qualification.
Benefits package available and includes Drug, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, and 401k.
ShiftDays, 8:00am to 4:00pm (Monday – Friday).
