Job Overview

More Air Mechanical Service Inc Co is seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our field operations team. The HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across commercial and residential environments. This position requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to interpret wiring diagrams, and the confidence to perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, troubleshoot, and repair both new and existing HVAC systems.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Respond to emergency service and maintenance requests as needed.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Install and commission new HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintain compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (installation, service, and repair).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC wiring diagrams, controls, and system components.
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (required).
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting, working in confined spaces, and responding to emergency calls.

Schedule
  • Full-Time, Monday - Friday.
