- Hourly pay: $19.00–$21.00 /hour based on experience and certifications.

- Dedication to customer service.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
- Can lift 75 lbs frequently.
- Desire to continually learn new things.
- High‑level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in on‑call schedule as needed.
- Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when required.
- Support team members and act as a leader when needed.
