Home Service Technician (Will Train)

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems, and radiant heat barriers.
• Complete all required service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions.
• Perform duties in all weather conditions.

• Hourly pay USD $19–$21.

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company‑paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.
• We will consider qualified applicants in a manner consistent with applicable state and local laws.

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.; ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA‑compliant respirator when required.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
