Spray Foam Installer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Spray Foam Installer to join our insulation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying spray foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Previous experience with spray foam required.

• Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, protecting surfaces, and ensuring proper ventilation.
• Operate spray foam rigs and related machinery to apply insulation materials.
• Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to manufacturer specifications.
• Inspect surfaces and structures to determine insulation needs and ensure proper adhesion.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and handling chemicals responsibly.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.
• Document completed work and report any issues or inconsistencies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in insulation, construction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to operate spray foam equipment and understand technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.
