Facilities

Orange - MA

$23.00 - $27.00 / hour

• Assist with equipment and facility repairs and monitor equipment performance.
• Maintain adequate equipment inventory.
• Maintain facility grounds.
• Navigate and utilize CMMS platform for tracking, logging, and completion of all tasks.
• Perform or schedule repairs and perform regular testing of systems, fluids, hardware, and software.
• Report safety and quality concerns regarding the warehouse facility, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist in performing repairs, upgrades, and maintenance including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Meet with team regularly to assess departmental and personal goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.
• Additional duties as needed.

• At least 1 year of experience in facilities and fleet maintenance or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing preferred.
• Experience in fleet maintenance including small engines, heavy equipment, and trucks.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, high attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google apps.
• Effective communication in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Willing to undergo background checks and obtain required permits/licenses.
• Occasional travel between sites.
• Must be 21 or older per state regulations.

Hourly wage of $23-$27/hr, overtime, paid holidays, PTO, 401k, and fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance. Wyld is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
