RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is looking to expand our team with an experienced full-time Heavy Equipment Operator.

Deliverables:- Operate heavy excavation equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, and excavators with precision and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Excavate earth, rocks, and other materials to prepare construction sites according to project specifications.
- Organize equipment, tools and job site materials to ensure effective and efficient workflows.
- Shoot grade and operate heavy equipment safely, efficiently and to industry standards.
- Collaborate with crew and clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Provide daily updates to Operations manager to address & resolve any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of material movement, hours worked, and equipment use as required by project management.
- 2+ years experience operating heavy equipment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with crew members and customers.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License required and a CDL class A license is a plus!
- Proven ability to tow & back up equipment trailers; safely load, unload & secure equipment in accordance with industry standards/regulations.
- Proven ability to safely, properly and efficiently use power tools and equipment such as lasers, demo saws, heavy equipment & attachments.
- Ability to read blueprints and create a work plan; a plus to have experience operating GPS systems.
- Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to think outside the box with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to continue to grow skills & knowledge of the company & industry.
- Competitive Pay $20.00 to $30.00 per hour (dependent upon experience).
