Will diagnose commercial roof leaks and make appropriate repairs. Lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring Centi Mark Safety Policies are being followed.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks
- Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs
- Manage paperwork and timesheets
- Ensure Centi Mark Safety Policies are being followed
- Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in commercial roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal roof repairs
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Able to work weekends and/or holidays, with out-of-town travel and overtime as needed
