Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Installer/Service Technician based in Farmingville, NY. The Installer/Service Technician will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of security systems, troubleshooting technical issues, performing field service tasks, and ensuring seamless operation of security equipment. Additionally, you will interact with customers to deliver excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service tasks to install and maintain security systems effectively
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills for building positive relationships with clients
• Effective Communication skills to ensure clear and professional interaction with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate as part of a team in a technical environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or the security industry is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in technical installation and maintenance are beneficial
