Location: New York
HVAC Service Technician - Nebraska Relocation role at KAYL Heating & Air
$10,000 Sign On Bonus Available + Relocation Assistance Provided
This position requires relocation to Nebraska. This position is not local to New York, NYC, or surrounding areas.
Pay: $20 to $40.00/hr doe

To provide service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Work Hours8:00am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday; evenings & weekends as needed; on-call rotation required
Required Qualifications- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3 + years' experience as a HVAC service technician
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- EPA Universal Certification
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes
- Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
- Understand and communicate benefits of preventable maintenance
- Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
