Superintendent for Residential Properties in Far Rockaway, NY
Join Goldfarb Properties as a Superintendent for Residential Properties at our Far Rockaway location.
Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Goldfarb Properties manages approximately 32 properties with over 6,000 apartments. We are a family‑owned, community‑focused business that provides elevated living experiences for our residents.
Who You Are
A successful candidate must have:
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- At least 3 years in a supervisory position, supervising porters and communicating with residents
- Positive CAN‑DO attitude
- Comfortable being on‑call 24/7
- Extensive plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills
- Basic electrical knowledge
- Ability to snake and clear drains, troubleshoot boilers, and replace ceramic tile
- Computer literate
- Possession of necessary tools
- Flexibility to schedule and manage porters
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Locksmith experience is a plus
- Experience driving a plow and bobcat is a plus
Licenses:
- S‑12 (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rate: $33.00 to $34.00
