Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with workout equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (Jotform).
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• Minimum of 1 year experience with tools or Handyman work.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as ratchet set, screw drivers, L keys and wrenches.
• Must be willing to learn Pilates.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English in a professional setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior technicians.

We offer competitive pay and the opportunity to grow in the company. Eventually a supervisor of worksites position will be available, leading to an eventual managerial role.
