• Lead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets + refacing projects)
• Execute high‑level finish carpentry: mitered trim & molding, crown molding, scribing to walls/ceilings, custom fillers, panels, and modifications
• Read plans, elevations, and take precise measurements
• Problem‑solve real‑world site conditions (out‑of‑square walls, uneven floors)
• Direct and mentor installers/helpers
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
• Maintain a clean, professional job site
• Inspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign‑off

• Minimum 3–5+ years of cabinet installation / finish carpentry experience
• Proven experience leading installations or crews
• Strong woodworking fundamentals
• Ability to work independently and manage a full install day
• Experience working in occupied residential homes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own professional‑grade hand tools (specialty tools provided)

• Carpentry: 3 years (Required)
• Ability to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11206 (Required)

NOTE: This is NOT a helper position. This role is for senior installers comfortable leading jobs, not just assisting.
