# Lift Maintenance Clymer, NY $16.00 per hour
** SUMMARY The essential job function involves assisting with various projects around the Peak, including operating machinery, landscaping, and working with electricians, contractors, golf course employees, hotel staff, and performing other maintenance tasks as needed.
**** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:***
* • Inspect and maintain lifts before operating them.***
* • Operate lifts and identify any potential issues.***
* • Landscape, mow, and trim slopes, as well as trim trees and bushes.***
* • Assist with snow making preparation, including installing electric lines and hill lights.***
* • Assist with tree cutting and lot preparation.***
* • Participate in hand raking, seeding, building flower beds, and planting trees and shrubs.***
* • Dig footers and foundations, and help install water and sewer lines.***
* • Work with the construction crew when necessary.***
* • Work with the golf course team as needed.***
* • Collaborate with electricians and other contractors.***
* • Cross-train and assist at the hotel as required.***
* • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

* • Must be open and flexible to new tasks; there is no set list of duties, as tasks vary.***
* • Ability to identify problems and implement solutions.***
* • Ability to work independently in the absence of supervision.***
* • Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.***
* • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.***
* • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers, contractors, and other personnel.
**** EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE***
* • High School diploma or GED equivalent; vocational school training is preferred.
