Diesel Mechanic

We seek a reliable full‑time Diesel Mechanic at our state–of–the–art shop in Wilton, NY. Excellent benefit package includes health, dental, vision insurance and a company–funded retirement plan. • Perform a variety of tasks that involve lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, stretching, walking, climbing, and bending under potentially adverse field conditions; perform visual tasks such as backup spotting and react to backup alarms per safety protocol.
• Have knowledge of fuel injection systems, diesel engines, electrical, hydraulic, suspension, transmission, and brakes.
• Willing to work overtime, occasional Saturday day‑shift, and be on call as required.
• Flexibility and ability to take and follow orders in an independent or group setting.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations.

• Minimum five years’ experience or trade school degree in diesel, trucking, or heavy equipment mechanics/technology.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Own tools.
• Pass a pre‑hire drug screen (Drug Free Employer).
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to report to work on time.
• Crane inspection ព license or desire to obtain one.

Base salary range: $33,600 – $87,500. Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, and applicable knowledge and skills.
