This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus (Terms & Conditions apply).

In this role, you can expect to perform licensed A&P Mechanic work, including repairs, maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and troubleshooting, on Textron Aviation aircraft at various outlying service facilities. Join us to ensure the highest standards of aircraft performance and safety.

• Aircraft Diagnostics & Repairs
  :
  Diagnose malfunctions, disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble various aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery
• Component Maintenance
  :
  Repair or replace engine components and accessory items such as carburetors, fuel control units, and hydraulic pumps
• Inspection & Modification
  :
  Perform 100-hour, annual, and progressive inspections, and modify aircraft systems and structures
• Functional Checks
  :
  Conduct functional checks, engine test runs, instrument tests, and preventive maintenance, including rigging and synchronizing throttles
• Technical Reporting
  :
  Maintain clear, concise, and accurate written reports in logs, inspection reports, and parts identification documents
• Tool Utilization
  :
  Use tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, and various hand tools to repair and modify systems or assemblies

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• A&P License is required
• Textron Aviation product knowledge (Cessna, Beechcraft, Hawker) is required
• A minimum of 2 years is required for the Sacramento location
• A minimum of 3 years is required for the Newburgh location
• Knowledge of arithmetic, blueprints, and specifications plus knowledge of jet and piston airframe and engine principles is required
• Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems is required

Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is 49.45 - 57.40 per hour.
