What You’ll DoCommission, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems across diverse facilities.
Diagnose mechanical issues, execute preventative maintenance, and restore optimal performance.
Work with humidity control solutions and energy management strategies.
Deliver excellent on-site communication and customer service.
Travel within the NYC Metro area to support a dynamic service schedule.
What You Bring5+ years of solo commercial field experience in heating and air conditioning (for senior-level consideration).Knowledge of commercial air-conditioning, heating, water source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged systems.
Mechanical troubleshooting proficiency and prior preventative maintenance experience.
Advanced refrigeration knowledge.
Background with controls is a plus.
Experience with Aaon, Climatemaster, Multistack Chiller, Clima Cool, and VRF systems (Samsung, Hitachi, etc.) is a plus.
Chiller experience is a plus.
Experience as a manufacturing representative is a plus.
EPA certification.
Clean driving record required.
Compensation Estimated Salary: $25/hr - $70/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
