• Install and assemble high-quality formwork for concrete structures
• Measure and layout footings and foundations
• Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them
• Work with reinforcement installation and precision concrete pouring
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand/power trowel, hand/power screed, and float
• Adapt to varied job site conditions, including outdoor work and heights

• 2+ years of experience in formwork installation, concrete pouring, and reinforcement
• Strong work ethic and reliability - we count on each other to get the job done
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment
• Must have own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
