Description The Role:
This position is for someone who has mechanical and handyperson skills.
Job specifications are as followsBasic to advanced knowledge and the ability to repair, maintain and troubleshoot:
- Flooring
- Carpeting
- Painting
- Plastering
- Drywall
- Wall coverings
- Appliances
- Windows
- Doors
- Electrical
- Domestic water plumbing
- Sewage plumbing
- Gas plumbing
- Boilers
- HVAC (refrigerant evacuation, recovery and charging inclusive of brazing)
Necessary certifications:
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling/recovery Type 1 and 2.
- EPA Universal certificate is a plus
- FDNY G-60 (Torch Use) Must be obtained within a timely manner
- FDNY F-60 (Fire Guard for Torch Use) Must be obtained within a timely manner
$66,599.00 - $83,200.00/yr
This position will also require the capability to perform front of house contractor/tenant liaison meetings and/or discussions regarding the above outlined topics to best serve the tenants of a high end residential community.
A detailed scope-of-work will be discussed during the interview process.
