Dominium is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for our 208-unit Sunrise Pointe community in Port Orange, FL. You will oversee the general maintenance, coordinate repairs, and ensure a clean, safe living environment for residents.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of maintenance experience and strong carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills; HVAC and EPA knowledge is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
