Alcohol Compliance Representative - Darien Lake Amphitheater

Role Overview

Under the direction of management, the Associate will ensure responsible service of alcohol throughout the building in accordance with state and company policies, assist staff with alcohol related issues, observe and document any alcohol related issues, assist with alcohol cut-off, perform other duties as assigned, and monitor all employee adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.

• Supervise the serving of alcohol by game day staff.
• Ensure staff adheres to Legends’ alcohol service policy.
• Observe and document all alcohol related issues or violations.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off.
• Complete inventory at assigned locations.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable of food and beverage menu, specials, and services offered.
• Know the layout of the venue and assigned area.
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed expectations.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Ensure compliance with all company service standards.
• Work as a team with other service departments.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
• Practice safe work habits and complete required safety training.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Some alcohol compliance experience preferred.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, detail oriented.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, adapt to change quickly.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to move quickly, walk long distances, stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down.
• Maintain personal hygiene and well‑groomed appearance.

$20.00-$22.00 per hour.
