Kalos Services is growing and looking for an Experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled plumber with strong commercial experience who can work independently, interpret plans, troubleshoot systems, and deliver quality, code-compliant work.
Job Type & Schedule- Work hours may vary based on project demands and workload
- Some projects may require flexibility with hours, including occasional nights or weekends
- Flexibility to travel to job sites throughout FL and GA as project needs dictate is required
- $28–35 per hour (based on experience)
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for proper operation and code compliance
- Perform work accurately, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Estimate time and materials required for assigned work
- Maintain organized jobsites and ensure tools and materials are ready for each task
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members
- Work closely with project teams to meet schedules and project requirements
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures and standards
- Ensure completed work meets applicable plumbing codes and quality standards
- 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
- Proficiency in shop math and the ability to work skillfully with tools, materials, metals, and equipment
- Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, and blueprints
- Ability to work within precise limits and established standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with planning calendars and project schedules
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams
- Flexibility to perform a variety of duties as project needs change
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida and Georgia
