Alcohol Compliance Representative - Toyota Amphitheatre

The role reports to management and is responsible for overseeing the responsible service of alcohol throughout the entire building, ensuring compliance with state and company policies.

• Under the direction of management, ensure responsible service of alcohol throughout the building in accordance with state and company policies.
• Assist staff with any alcohol‑related issues.
• Observe and document alcohol‑related issues or violations.
• Assist with alcohol cut‑off proceedings.
• Monitor all employees’ adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy.
• Supervise the serving of alcohol by game day staff.
• Ensure staff adheres to Legends’ alcohol service policy.
• Complete inventory at assigned locations.
• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Ensure compliance with all company service standards.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and complete company‑wide safety training.

• Must have experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Some alcohol compliance experience preferred.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, organized, and able to prioritize as needed.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Move quickly and act on assigned duties within specified production and service time frames.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well‑groomed appearance.
• Capability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.
• Can stand, kneel, lift (up to 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast‑paced, challenging, and diverse environment.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Education Preferred:
High School or better.
