The Welder will be responsible for welding, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure they meet our quality standards. This role requires expertise in welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to Stick, MIG and TIG welding machines.
• Fabricate and assemble components using welding techniques, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Welder.
• Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and tools, including setup and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Certification in welding techniques or completion of a welding training program is a plus.
