Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our affordable housing communities in Hempstead, NY. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday, 40-hour schedule with an on-call rotation to keep our properties running smoothly.
You should have 2+ years in apartment or facilities maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and be comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. We value reliability, problem-solving, and strong customer service.
