Lead Carpenter

We’re looking for a solid Lead Carpenter to join our team. Someone who knows what they’re doing, can run a job, and takes pride in the work.

Someone who can lead a crew, stay organized, and keep jobs moving without constant oversight
.

• Running day-to-day operations on site.
• Leading a small crew and setting the pace.
• Reading plans and making sure things are built right.
• Handling framing, trim, installs, and whatever the job calls for.
• Coordinating with subs and keeping things on track.
• Keeping the jobsite clean and dialed.
• Using our logistics system to prep for the next day (big one for us)
• Solving problems before they become issues.

• 5+ years experience in residential construction.
• You’ve run jobs before (or are ready to step into it).
• You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder all day.
• You show up, communicate, and get things done.
• Strong attention to detail — we care about clean work.
• Can handle tools, materials, and a crew without chaos.
