Inter Solutions is seeking a Direct Hire Live-On Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment building in New Windsor, NY. You will supervise one Maintenance Technician, lead inspections, and manage work orders and preventative maintenance.
The ideal candidate has HVAC certification, strong plumbing and boiler experience, and solid knowledge of maintenance systems. On-call rotation and a valid driver's license are required.
