Key Responsibilities- Conduct site surveys and inspections, and assist with equipment upgrades as directed by supervision.
- Deliver high-quality customer service during all on-site interactions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain, service, troubleshoot, repair, and install company products in the field while ensuring efficient and quality work.
- Safely and effectively utilize hand tools, power tools, ladders, and related facilities maintenance equipment to complete assigned work.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly and coordinating with colleagues to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain flexibility to work at various assigned locations based on project needs. Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Proven ability to perform in physically demanding environments.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support effective teamwork and client interactions.
- Spanish-speaking ability is preferred.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Position: Field Technician
Pay: $20.00 per hour
