- Assist maintenance mechanic of higher classifications.
- Performs unskilled and semi-skilled work assisting in building and mechanical trades.
- Working knowledge of tools and procedures used in building and mechanical trades.
- Ability to use hand and power.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
- Seeking applicant with multiple skills in the trade industry.
- The applicant must be a self-starter, take the initiative and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- One whocan perform singularly or with a group contributing mechanical capability to the task at hand.
- Completion of one year of vocational education courses in a vocational school program or, one year'sexperience in maintenance and repair work.
