This is a leadership position in the field.

You will:

• Lead boiler and heating system installations
• Mentor junior technicians
• Ensure installs meet Retro’s clean, high-standard expectations
• Communicate clearly with homeowners
• Troubleshoot complex hydronic and oil/gas systems
• Represent the company professionally on every job

This is not just a mechanic role — this is a field leadership role.

• 7+ years experience in heating (oil & gas)
• Strong hydronic knowledge
• Clean installation skills
• Ability to lead a job from start to finish
• Calm, professional communication style
• Pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license

• Have experience with high-efficiency systems
• Can diagnose quickly without guessing
• Enjoy mentoring others
• Care about long-term customer relationships
