Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000+ per year

We are looking to partner with reliable subcontractors - either individual painters or established crews - who take pride in their work and are equipped to manage jobs efficiently and professionally.

This is a subcontractor opportunity, not a full-time employment position. Ideal for licensed and insured professionals seeking consistent, project-based assignments.

Your business details - name, location, and structure

Professional experience - how long you've been in the painting trade

Licensing - current DCA license status

Insurance coverage - confirmation of general liability and workers' compensation

Tools and equipment - such as ladders, drop cloths, brushes, and other essentials

Transportation - your team's ability to reliably get to and from job sites

Work capacity - how many 1-bedroom units your crew can typically complete in a week
