Vivmark Residential in New York seeks a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance (plumbing, electrical, appliances), and prepare market-ready apartments while keeping grounds and common areas in good condition. This is a temporary relief assignment during a leave of absence with overtime potential; shifts Tue-Sat 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch.
A High School diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required;
