Structures Technician

STS Aviation Services is hiring Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida to support aircraft modification work on commercial and large regional aircraft in a fast-paced maintenance environment. Technicians perform modification and installation work on A220, A320, Boeing 737 and ERJ-175 aircraft. Candidates should have previous experience working on commercial or large regional aircraft and must be able to pass both a written and a hands‑on assessment.

The role suits technicians with experience in aircraft modifications, sheet metal work, structural installations or related production work.

• A&P licence strongly preferred but not required
• Must have a valid and current driver's licence
• Must have the ability to obtain an airport badge

• Must have a complete set of basic hand tools required to perform assigned duties
• Must pass a written assessment

• Must be authorised to work in the United States
• Experience 3+ years of previous experience on commercial or large regional aircraft
