Service Technician – Agricultural Equipment

Oxbo is seeking responsible individuals for troubleshooting/repair, machine support, preventative maintenance, scheduled repair operations, and emergency service on our products.

This position is responsible for providing high quality technical and customer support through trouble shooting/diagnosis and sound, timely problem solving.

Duties will be performed either at our location or at the customer’s site.

• Have excellent communication skills
• Interact with customers and coworkers effectively and efficiently
• Be able to prioritize and multitask within our fast-paced environment
• Be willing to travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time
• Be safety conscious and committed to following and supporting company safety policies
• Work a flexible schedule that may include emergency/after-hours service on a rotating basis including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

• Vocational training, and/or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical skills
• Maintenance knowledge/ability to work from blueprints, manuals, and schematics
• Ability to attain a CDL Medical Certification
