• Pay up to $32/hour
  , plus monthly productivity bonuses.

• Primarily perform lot work and repairs outside the shop during regular business hours.
• Company truck stays at the shop when you are not on call; you may take it home when on call.
• Required 24-hour on-call shift every Saturday.

• 3+ years of diesel repair experience on heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Your own tools and toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication skills when working with service managers, service writers, and customers.
• A commitment to safe, efficient, high-quality work.
• CDL preferred, but not required.

• Preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Air systems, brakes, and wheel ends.
• Electrical diagnostics and starting systems.
• Cooling systems and basic A/C diagnostics and repairs.
• Steering, alignment, and drivetrain repairs.
• Differential removal and replacement.
• Aftertreatment systems.
• General trailer repairs.
