Per Diem Counselor – Brooklyn Locations

Concern Housing is seeking Per Diem Counselors to join our growing agency and provide relief coverage at our Brooklyn locations. Per Diem allows you to work around your schedule while you gain experience and knowledge in the non‑profit, social work field. Great opportunity for professional development, for college students, or individuals looking for supplemental income with flexible hours.

• Provide site or program coverage as needed.
• Monitor medications as needed and required.
• Document client contact, collateral contracts and any other relevant information.
• Assist clients with household/apartment responsibilities as needed.
• Provide transportation in agency vehicles for clients as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Remain current with all agency‑required compliance documents and trainings.

Per Diem Counselors must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience in a similar setting or education in the field of Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or a related field.

Pay Rate: $20 per hour.
